BTOP ACADEMY
In 2014, Coach Rudie’s initial intention to gather the neighbourhood youths to get to know each other better, snowballed into an invaluable opportunity for the kids – to play football under the guidance of a proper coach. He became a model figure and left imprints in these youths’ lives.
What started as a small gathering became the foundation of BTOP Academy. In 2015, BTOP was offered to help problematic youths in Bachok, Kelantan by engaging them via sports. Since then, BTOP has given numerous opportunities for these children to partake in free football trainings with the help of experienced coaches and volunteers.
Seeing the immediate positive impacts, Coach Rudie officially established BTOP Academy in 20th March 2017 as a budding social enterprise, in hope to overcome social issues among at-risk youths via sports.

The wreath not only represents honour and victory, but the bent shape also coincide with the Malay proverbs “ikut resmi padi, semakin tunduk semakin berisi“, which means that the more success you gain in life, the more humble you should be.
