Ts. Hj. RUDIE YAAKUB

Ts. Hj. Rudie Yaakub holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, combining his technical expertise with a deep commitment to fostering personal growth and emotional wellness in communities.

He brings over 13 years of experience in the IT industry and more than 20 years in community development. His passion for adolescent development and community empowerment has driven his work, including becoming a Certified Adolescent Counselor and an Accredited HRD Corp Trainer.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. ASRENEE AB RAZAK

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Asrenee Ab Razak is an accomplished Consultant Psychiatrist at Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and a Senior Medical Lecturer in Psychiatry at USM. With over two decades of experience in clinical psychiatry, medical education, and research, she is deeply committed to advancing mental health services and education in Malaysia.

Currently serving as the Deputy Dean of Research & Innovation at the USM Health Campus, Dr. Asrenee is a leader in psychiatric research, particularly in social psychiatry, women’s mental health, aged psychiatry, and ethnographic and qualitative studies. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychological Medicine from Monash University, Australia, further strengthening her research expertise and international perspective.

Her professional journey reflects a perfect balance between academic excellence, research innovation, clinical service, and community engagement.

AMIERUL HAZEEQ RUDIE

Amierul Hazeeq Rudie is an experienced consultant specializing in the intersection of sports, business, and wellness development. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Financial Sustainability, with a solid academic foundation in International Business and Accountancy from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).

A certified Licence C Coach under AFC/FIFA, an accredited Sports Massage Practitioner by Institut Sukan Negara (ISN), and an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer, Amierul integrates cross-disciplinary expertise to drive high-impact programs for individuals, businesses, and communities.

He actively champions innovation, blending Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital marketing strategies into the modern workplace. His holistic approach extends to designing and delivering relaxation and wellness programs to promote physical and mental well-being.

Hamizah Mohamed Noor is a certified counsellor registered with Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia (LKM) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Counselling from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). With a strong background in mental health, education, and youth empowerment, she brings deep expertise and passion to her work.

As the Think Tank Specialist at BTOP Wellness, Hamizah designs psychology modules and leads initiatives that focus on emotional healing, career guidance, and personal growth. She specializes in individual and group therapy, psychometric assessments, and art therapy as a powerful tool for self-expression.

She has driven impactful programmes like the HOPE Program (2022–2025), supporting adolescent mental health, and BEST (BTOP Education Success Terminal) in 2023–2025, boosting academic motivation and confidence in students.
